Welcome to Deya SMM — an AI-powered content creation and social media management app.
By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”), which constitute the End-User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Deya SMM.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please delete the app from your device.
2. Subscription Terms
Deya SMM offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features, including AI content planning, photo and video generation, smart captions, and analytics.

• Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month
• Annual Plan: $79.99 per year (save up to 30%)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple account settings.
3. Use of the App

• You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content.
• AI-generated content should not be used for illegal or harmful purposes.
