We do not store your photos, videos, or personal files on our servers. All media files remain on your device unless processed by third-party APIs.

DEYA SMM integrates the following third-party services:
  • OpenAI API – for AI-powered text and media generation.
  • HeyGen API – for creating AI avatars and voice features.
  • Cloudflare – for secure network access and error prevention.
  • Apple App Store In-App Purchases – for subscription and payment processing.
These services may collect anonymous analytics and technical data as part of their operation.
How We Use Your Data
We use collected information solely to provide app functionality:
  • Generate and edit AI-based content (stories, photos, videos).
  • Improve user experience through personalization and parallax effects.
  • Enable geolocation tagging and media storage in your gallery.
  • Process payments via Apple App Store.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store (In-App Purchases). Apple manages billing, renewals, and cancellations. Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

Data Storage and Security
  • We do not permanently store personal media (photos, videos, audio).
  • Files are only processed temporarily via third-party APIs (OpenAI, HeyGen) for content generation.
  • We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

Children’s Privacy
DEYA SMM is intended for general use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your Rights
You may revoke permissions (camera, microphone, location, photo access) at any time through your device settings. You may also delete the App to stop all data collection.
